ufo catchers are fun...
"i will never try ufo catchers again..."
that was last year when i tried my luck catching those gleaming toys inside the cage made of glass... you need to insert coins before you can position the ufo and grab those excited-to-be-adopted toys... at first, i just wanted to experience what it is like playing with it... gooshhh, it was difficult... ufo catchers usually have 2 claws attached to its head... these claws allows the ufo to grip on the toys... but, my gosh... the claws are designed to have low probability of successful grabs... amf... bad luck i had... i spent more than two-thousand yen without anything on hand... i told my self... "this is not my forte... i will never try ufo catchers again..."
this year...
it was last friday when i and john decided to stop over the telephone booths in front of sagami-ono station... we made a call to our families in the philippines... after around 10 minutes, i ended the call... while john was still holding the phone, i waited outside... it was cold... so i went inside a gaming building, where ufo catchers are found... i saw 3 guys crowding one of the ufo catcher machines... the two were holding plastic bags on both hands... watching their friend playing... i was there observing... goosh... it's like a simple 1+1 or ABC to the guy who caught big snoopy... one guy grabbed a plastic bag near the machine, and put big snoopy inside...
"will i try my luck again?"...
i tapped my pocket with coins... hmmm... thinking... placed my hand inside the pocket and grabbed 500 yen... inserted the coin to the machine... (500yen for 3 plays)... i tried the technique of the guy... but i was too amateur that i failed... i was thinking... i need to stop... but... i grabbed a 1000-bill from my wallet and went to the coin-exchanger machine to exchange the bill into coins... went back to the ufo catcher and inserted five 100-coins... tried again... and at last... i got one big snoopy after the 2nd try... hurraayyy... excitedly grabbed one plastic and placed big snoopy inside...
the addiction... almost everyday, i drop by the building to play... too lucky, i always go home with at least a plastic on my hand...
weeehhh....
